About
Wang Guangcheng (王广成) is a Chinese dance trainer and choreographer from Nanjing, Jiangsu. Media have called him China's "Square Dancing Prince" after he led hundreds of dancers at a Zumba instructor convention in the United States in 2010.
In 2015, following a public fitness push, he was commissioned by the General Administration of Sport to help create twelve national-standard square-dancing routines. He has described the work as designing accessible exercise choreography rather than imposing a single mandatory style.
